Trade Questions,
Answered.

Have a drawing or an unusual requirement? Start with the details you know.

Delivery & Installation
Can I start with a preliminary drawing?

Yes. Upload a logo, sketch or reference image and mark any dimensions that are still provisional. We will clarify the open points before production approval.

Which files should I send?

PDF, AI, EPS, DWG, DXF, JPG, PNG and WebP are supported. Vector artwork is useful for lettering and logos. The enquiry form accepts up to 3 files, 10 MB each and 20 MB in total; export other formats such as CDR as PDF.

Can I request one sign or a repeat order?

Tell us the quantity and whether this is a one-off, repeat or multi-site requirement. We review the construction, order size and schedule individually when preparing your quote.

Can I request samples or a finish reference?

Include the finish, colour or lighting detail you need to review. We will confirm the available sample or approval options, cost and timing for your project.

Can you provide neutral packaging or installation templates?

Tell us what your project needs. Neutral packaging, labels, mounting templates, fixing details and shipment grouping can be discussed before quoting. The items and services included are confirmed in the order scope.

How are production time and shipping confirmed?

Share your destination and any fixed opening or installation date. We confirm production and transit arrangements with your quotation; these are separate parts of the schedule.

Is local installation included?

Local site work and electrical connection are included only where expressly agreed. Tell us who will install the signs so we can review fixing details and any required installation information.

Can you supply required certificates or inspection records?

Identify the destination, product requirements and documents you need at the enquiry stage. Availability and applicability are confirmed for the quoted configuration before order acceptance.
