WHAT SHAPES THE FINISHED EFFECT
The Details Make the Difference.
Resolve the visual idea
Start with artwork or a reference and identify which parts need depth, illumination or a particular surface. The drawing must define the proposed combination.
Component layout & access
For exposed lighting, review point spacing, component choice and replacement access. For mixed constructions, identify how the individual parts connect and are supported.
Confirm the supplied scope
Review overall size, fixing, electrical arrangement, exposure and destination requirements. Approve the drawings and required components before production.

Questions Before You Start.
Can you work from a reference photo?
Yes. A photo explains the look, but may not show its materials or construction. We review the design and scope before confirming what can be made.
Can you copy a design exactly?
An exact match cannot be assumed from a photograph. Artwork rights, materials, dimensions and construction all need review.
What should I send for a feasibility review?
Share a reference, the important visual details, approximate size, quantity, intended location and destination.
Can one sign combine an emblem, illuminated text and unlit lettering?
Share the full visual reference and indicate the desired effect for each part. We review the construction, finishes, support and electrical scope as one proposed assembly.
Can the exposed light points be replaced later?
Identify the maintenance requirement at the enquiry stage. Component selection and service access need to be incorporated into the approved construction.
Can you manufacture directly from a photograph?
A photo is useful for discussing the direction, but dimensions, artwork, construction and supplied items still need to be resolved and approved before production.

Begin with the Effect You Want to Achieve
Some sign ideas are better explained with a sketch or reference than with a product name. This page is for exposed-light lettering, distinctive surfaces and other fabrication directions that need an individual construction review.
The supplier reference shows a letter with visible points of light. It does not mean every shape, size, lighting effect or finish can be reproduced without changes.
Describe the Important Parts of the Reference
- Which elements matter: outline, depth, surface, visible light points or overall character.
- Your own logo or lettering and approximate dimensions.
- Preferred colours, finish and illuminated or unlit appearance.
- Quantity, intended location and mounting surface.
- Delivery country and any timing or documentation constraints.
Review Feasibility Before Approving a Specification
A photograph may hide the light source, supports, wiring and material build-up. We review these points with the manufacturing partner and identify what needs a drawing, sample or further confirmation. Any proposed alternative should be agreed rather than silently treated as an exact match.
Scope the Quote Clearly
Confirm the artwork, materials, finish, lighting, mounting, supplied components, packing and delivery arrangements. Ask which assumptions remain if you request an initial estimate before the technical details are final.
Questions Before You Start
Can you reproduce a sign from a photograph?
Use it to describe a visual direction. We cannot confirm an exact construction or match from a photograph alone. Send your own artwork and identify the details that matter.
What if I do not know the process name?
That is fine. Describe the appearance and intended use in ordinary language. We can clarify the fabrication questions during the enquiry.
Can a special lighting effect be used outdoors?
Only after the proposed assembly and conditions have been reviewed. Required electrical, environmental and local installation evidence must be agreed for the actual project.
