1. Confirming the destination
Delivery availability is reviewed for each destination and product. Provide the country and city at the enquiry stage. We do not promise that every product can be supplied to every location.
2. Shipping scope and timing
Your quotation or order documents will identify the agreed shipping arrangement, included charges and relevant timing. Production time and transit time are different and should be checked separately.
Any delivery estimate must be understood alongside the agreed commitments and applicable rights. Tell us about a time-critical opening or installation date before confirming the order.
3. Import, duties and delivery responsibilities
The parties' responsibilities for export, import, customs clearance, duties, taxes, insurance and delivery must be stated in the order documents. Where a trade term is used, the named place and relevant version must be specified.
We do not assume that the customer is automatically responsible for every charge or risk. Mandatory legal responsibilities cannot be transferred simply by a general website statement.
4. Receiving your sign
Check the delivery and packaging when reasonably possible. Report apparent damage or missing items promptly and keep relevant evidence. Follow the Cancellations & Returns page if there is a problem. This guidance does not shorten mandatory claim rights.
5. Installation scope
On-site measurement, permits, structural work, electrical work and installation are included only where expressly agreed. Tell us about the mounting surface, location and local installer before the sign specification is finalised.
Electrical connection and mounting should be performed by appropriately qualified people in accordance with the applicable requirements and supplied instructions. Any drawings, mounting templates or technical support to be provided must be confirmed for the order.
6. Product requirements
Requirements depend on the destination, product configuration and intended use. Required labels, electrical details, documents and local approvals must be identified and reviewed before order acceptance.
A certificate or mark relating to one component does not establish approval of every finished sign. We do not claim universal certification or suitability.
If a required document or compliant configuration cannot be confirmed, we will need to clarify or change the scope before proceeding. No allocation of installation tasks removes obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Contact
