WHAT SHAPES THE FINISHED EFFECT

The Details Make the Difference.

Choose the light

Compare warm, neutral or cool white against the wall and surrounding lighting. Agree the actual light colour for your order.

Choose the visible finish

Brushed, painted or plated appearances change the character of the same logo. Confirm the face and side finish with an approved reference.

Plan the halo & wiring

Wall texture, stand-off distance and letter spacing affect light spread. Resolve cable exits, driver location and maintenance access before the wall is finished.

Delivery & Installation

Questions About Backlit Letters?

Can you work from my logo?

Yes. Share your artwork and intended size. Fine strokes and small spaces need review before we confirm the construction.

What affects the halo on my wall?

Wall colour and texture, spacing, surrounding light and viewing angle affect the visible glow. Share close and wider photos of the location.

How is my sign quoted?

We review the artwork, dimensions, finish, lighting, quantity and delivery requirements. Final specifications and installation responsibilities are agreed for your project.

Can I choose warm or cool halo lighting?

Tell us your preferred light colour and send wall and room photos. We review the appearance with the selected finish and confirm the actual lighting configuration before production.

Why can the halo look different on another wall?

Wall colour, texture, reflectivity, letter spacing and stand-off distance affect the visible glow. A concept photo does not establish the halo for an unreviewed wall.

Where do the cables and power supply go?

Plan cable exits and an accessible power-supply position with your installer. The fixing, cable route and supplied components are confirmed in the project scope.

A Glow Around Your Lettering

Backlit or halo-lit lettering creates light behind the letter rather than treating the front face as the main illuminated surface. It can give a logo or name a distinct outline on a reception wall or commercial facade.

The visible glow depends on the letter, distance from the wall, wall colour and texture, surrounding light and viewing angle. A reference photograph is a design direction, not a promise of an identical halo in a different space.

Define the Face and the Glow Together

  • Lettering or logo shape, overall dimensions and quantity.
  • Visible face finish and side appearance.
  • Preferred light colour and the effect you want behind the letters.
  • Proposed mounting surface, spacing and visible fixing details.
  • Cable routing, access and power arrangement to be reviewed.
  • Indoor or outdoor location and destination requirements.

Bring the Wall into the Conversation

A close photo of the wall and a wider photo of the space help us understand the setting. Dark, glossy, textured or uneven surfaces can change how a halo appears. Discuss constraints before choosing a finish or approving the final arrangement.

Confirm Before Production

The quotation and approved artwork should identify the construction, dimensions, finish, lighting and mounting scope. Any required sample, lighting review or support documentation must be agreed separately, along with delivery and local installation responsibilities.

Questions Before You Start

Can the face have a metal finish?

Share the finish or colour reference you want. Available materials, coatings and the final appearance need review for the specific design.

Can a small or intricate logo be backlit?

Fine strokes and small spaces can affect construction and lighting options. Send the artwork and intended size so we can review what is practical.

Are the pictured mounting details included?

They are supplier references. Your mounting method, supplied parts and site work are defined in your own approved project scope.
