Yes. Sign in and share what you have. A finished technical drawing is not required to begin the discussion; the final artwork and construction requirements must be confirmed before production.
What if I do not know the size or sign style yet?
Choose not sure in the enquiry form. A photo of the space, the approximate available area and how the sign will be viewed help us discuss a suitable direction. Final dimensions must be confirmed for the order.
How is the price confirmed?
We quote for the design, dimensions, materials, lighting, quantity and delivery scope. Review the currency, included components, shipping costs, assumptions, exclusions and validity conditions in your quotation.
Can I enquire about one sign?
Tell us the number of complete signs you need, including a single sign. We will review the construction, feasibility and project price for your requirement.
How long will production and shipping take?
Tell us your destination and any target arrival or opening date. Production and transit schedules are confirmed for the actual specification and shipping arrangement; an enquiry does not reserve a delivery date.
Can I change the design after approval?
Contact us promptly with the requested change. We will confirm whether it is possible and whether price or timing changes at the current production stage. A requested change takes effect only when agreed.
Who handles installation?
Confirm local installation, fixing, electrical connection and any permissions with your installer. Tell us which templates, drawings or other installation information you need so the available scope can be agreed before production.
What should I do if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Keep the packaging and photograph the issue. Contact us promptly with the order reference and relevant images so the issue can be reviewed under the agreed order and support arrangements.
