1. About this website
This website is operated by Taizhou Xunfeng Trading Co., Ltd. (台州巽风贸易有限公司), trading as Custom Sign Forge, at [Business address and country/region]. Contact hello@customsignforge.com with questions about these terms.
The website provides information about custom signs and allows you to begin a project enquiry. It does not provide online checkout, an automatic final price or an online design service.
2. Customer accounts, enquiries and quotations
A verified customer account is required to fill in or submit a website enquiry. Sign in with Google or verify an email address you control. Keep access to that account secure, provide accurate project information and sign out on shared devices. Signing in does not provide administrator access or access to another customer's enquiries. Account enquiries can be reviewed in My Account; a saved record does not confirm that a quotation or order has been accepted.
Submitting an enquiry or opening WhatsApp does not place an order, reserve production capacity or confirm that a project has been accepted.
Specifications, price, currency, included costs, delivery arrangements, payment requirements and any production approval process must be agreed separately. The relevant quotation and order documents will identify the seller and applicable terms before you commit to an order.
3. Product information and examples
Images illustrate selected products, samples, concepts or project work as labelled. An example's dimensions or finish do not automatically become your order specification.
Screens, photography, surrounding light and installation conditions can affect appearance. Any finish samples, tolerances or approval references required for your order must be agreed before production. This does not excuse a failure to meet the agreed specification or mandatory legal requirements.
4. Artwork and information you provide
Only provide artwork, logos, drawings and other material you are entitled to share for the requested purpose. Tell us about any restrictions that affect review or production.
Providing material permits us to use and share it only as reasonably needed to review the enquiry and carry out agreed work, subject to applicable law and any agreed confidentiality terms. It does not transfer ownership to us or automatically permit public advertising use.
Do not send unlawful content, malicious files or unrelated personal information.
5. Website content and third-party names
Website text, images and designs are owned by us or used with appropriate permission, as applicable. Viewing the website does not grant permission to reuse them commercially. Nothing here limits uses permitted by applicable law.
Third-party names or logos shown in authorised examples do not, by themselves, imply endorsement or an ongoing partnership.
6. Manufacturing and project requirements
We supply custom signs to the agreed order specification. The quotation and order documents identify the supplied items and production requirements.
Product suitability, electrical requirements, required documents, mounting, local permissions and installation scope must be reviewed for the destination and project. No website image or general statement represents universal regulatory approval.
7. External services and acceptable use
WhatsApp and other external services have their own terms. Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or submit automated spam enquiries.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. These website terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights or the terms properly agreed for a specific order.
Review required: Determine whether any further balanced liability provisions are appropriate after the operator, markets and sales terms are confirmed. Do not add a blanket exclusion or an arbitrary liability cap.
9. Questions, disputes and updates
Please contact hello@customsignforge.com with the relevant enquiry or order reference so we can review a concern. This contact process does not remove any available statutory complaint or dispute route.
Review required: Confirm governing law and dispute arrangements for the actual operator and markets, preserving mandatory protections. Do not publish an invented court or compulsory arbitration clause.
Updated website terms apply prospectively as permitted by law. An update does not automatically rewrite a previously agreed order.
